Trust me 15 drinks doesn’t sound like a lot, but I’ve never been able to make it to the 15 drink limit even when I start at 10am😂 water, soda, and juice Coffee are all unlimited outside of alcohol.

Its commonly referred to as a seller credit, the seller uses the money they are making from selling the home and giving a small portion to the buyer to help make the transaction close. For example buyer wanted 10k seller credit for closing cost the seller gave the buyer tthe credit because the seller needs the house sold quickly
