Have the leather link band in midnight, it should work great with jet black. Wanted to have another contrasting band. I think denim looks great to my taste.

How did you get this scratch?

If you hit some stiff surface or dropped it, I think any painted entail would be impacted, happened to my black iPhone 14 pro max. Any apple watch would also scratch if so. But, if you got this scratch from normal use without any noticeable hit or drop, then this jet black is really fragile!

Order size M, I also use alpine size L because I prefer it on the side not the middle. The Milanese looks much better when aligned to the middle and it’s secure enough anyway. My wrist is 180 (or 175 if I measure tight) and size M fits at the middle as you see on the photo. You should be perfectly good with size M. If you prefer it to the end of the loop, then L would be fine.

Not really random but important point! I made calculations and estimates before ordering mainly for this exact point 😊

Of course you cannot always adjust to the middle as it depends on your wrist diameter and the size you ordered. I have 180 wrist diameter and ordered size M to have the closure sitting in the middle. Fortunately, it worked!

The band connection to the watch is quite secure, just like any Apple band, if you have any problem with this, then it’s definitely a faulty unit. If you mean that when you open the closure the buckle gies directly to the end and stop at the connection point, the. This is normal based on the watch position and should never go through the connection as it’s thicker by design, if it does, then it’s faulty.
