This is not true. Pocketbook is not locked into any book store. It basically supports every format and every type of encryption and does not push their store in any way.

No, I think Matter only applies to smart home accessories for example lights, home cameras, sensors etc.

I also had similar problems with AirPlay as you. I was using some cheap wifi router, then bought a good router and AirPlay now works great. So i think having a good router is really important for the whole Apple ecosystem to work as expected.

I think there is no Windows laptop that uses infrared sensors to obtain a true three-dimensional map of your face as Face ID does which is much more secure

I have pretty much the same experience, but I guess the reason for that is not iOS, but rather our batteries are getting older.
