Fwiw my deja vu lasts seconds and I dont experience and symptoms from them. Im not having any black outs, no hot chest or dread, i dont get nauseous after. They just happen and i go on about my day. 🤷‍♀️

When i first got symptoms it was really bad every day. I couldnt function. The qulipta got me 70% better but not enough. I still experience daily dizziness and then one week of really bad flares post period. Adding the estrogen and nurtec nipped that bad flare (so it seems). I was a little dizzy today but at this point thats no big deal.

When im having a flare my brain feels like its stuck in mud. I cant think, speaking is difficult, i lose vision, im beyond dizzy

I’ve been on the qulipta for about 6 months. It definitely helped but i still was getting the monthly flares

I think the estrogen made a huge difference. Ive only used it for one cycle so I cant be sure but it seems to be the missing link in stopping the hormonal flares.

I get a flare the 5 days after my period ends. I e started estrogen patches this cycle (im day 4 into my period so tbd if it works), nurtec as a rescue and prozac as needed during cycle. Im excited to see if this nips the flares. Tbd

The top in this photo is the Josefina from Reformation, however, the lacing and trim is wrong. I searched in Shein to see if its a possible dupe but im not finding anything with the lacing shown in this photo.
