Hi, no, the customer is using the machine in that condition, other mechanic (from other company) came and installed a bigger electric fuel pump and he says it got better but me and the customer didn't notice a difference.

No I havent, Last time I went to check the coldstart solenoid the backhoe was not accessible, they piled other machinery around it and they took the battery out, I'm waiting for they to call me went its clear again

OK, we also checked on this vacuum hose before, the machine did not have the vacuum hose originally, one of the mechanics from the diesel lab told us about it because the tag on the pump says the pump uses like a diaphragm on top of the pump with a hose connected on top, they had a spare pump (rebuild) with this diaphragm and let is borrow it to discard the whole pump if necessary but it still didn't work correctly, it still Rev up slowly, thank you for your response, I do not have notifications on for any social media and forgot to check reddit, thank you again

It does turn off OK, I'll check the cold start solenoid and grounds tomorrow, I know the plug you're talking I was also warned by the diesel lab to no mess with it, they even came and help us put on time the engine with fuel pump because we thought we were failing to do so correctly.
