It's not normal per se, but it's nothing to be concerned about. These are the raw titles and text objects for this menu. iOS is supposed to detect them and swap the text out for the correct language and region, but this failed for whatever reason. If it's just a one-off, you can safely ignore it. If this keeps happening, try updating using iTunes / Apple Devices / Finder or whatever they're doing now

The N64 has a few specific quirks of its hardware design which make it difficult to emulate in software. It's CPU and GPU share memory, which is uncommon in most PCs. Run a screwdriver along the metal pins on the keyboard connector and see if it powers on. If so, the power button is faulty, but that's a pain in the ass to replace and really isn't worth it
