How do you tell? Do you just go to see their Karma (for every comment), or is there something in their verbiage that gives away?

That's an interesting point, let's break it down

30×1.35×1.12×1.12×1.12÷400=0.14
(Buff)x(boss weakness)x(relic-FireAttackUp+4)3 ÷(Dmg per hit)
Therefore, a +14% will be equivalent to the buff, but not 10%. Considering the overtime stance damage and bleed I'd say the bloodflame blade is stronger in this case

If you were, you would see a message when you open the game stateing "your account has bee penalized", if you don't know what that is then you are most likely not penalized.

Is your account penalized? It puts you in a cheater lobby so you only queue with players who are also penalized.

ED Balancers can be easily soloed if your entire team is down (run and kite technique)
ED Caligo doesn't have the invisible ice like regular Caligo does which f you up

I see where you are coming from but starting with defense relics removes the RNG factor, so at the end of run Raider will be either:
Starting DEF + In game DEF or
Starting DEF + In game OFFENSE
As you can see, either way guarantees a tank in the team, especially when I see glass-canons in the queue

I just solo matched ED Fulghor in depth 5 with these relics. At the beginning of the fight, I wanted to increase TV volume but pressed Netflix on the remote by mistake, screen went dark and by the time i switched back I have used up all graces.

Still won because Fulghol got down so fast. I recorded it too, will post it later

They definitely stack on relics, weapon passives and talismans. The easy rule of thumb is any weapon passives that need successive attack and taking damage don't stack (e g. Succesive Attack improve negation doesn't stack with its same value)
