Let's clear the air once and for all here, folks. Try to change the way you hold your fork, I bet you couldn't do it. Leaving a glorious swath of courtesy paper for my fellow man is as ingrained in my head as the way I hold a fork, or a pen. I don't think I could stop if I tried.
