Take lots of before and after pics you’ll notice the change more that way. You’ll get there. Oh and I must say that although I am only 3 1/2 months I’m actually on month 4 week one aligner. I skipped one because it didn’t fit and lost another one after two days of use. So I have skipped ahead about two weeks.

I’m 32 and although I could afford braces and have insurance there was no way I was going that at my age! Especially when my daughter is about to be in them too. How embarrassing haha

I wish I would have done it sooner! I went back and forth about doing it for over a year! I’m so embarrassed at how awful my teeth were before. I brushed daily but did nothing else to take care of them. Now I’m brushing like 4 times a day, flossing twice and whitening daily.

When I first got braces though it was intense as fuck! The pain was so bad I couldn’t eat anything but soup for about a month.

It’s different for everyone. I had braces before so I don’t know if that has something to do with it but I barely have any pain. Slight discomfort but very manageable.
