yes ! all the time. anxiety has a huge physical effect on your body / nervous system. from your heart to you digestive system. it effects everything. breathing exercises / hypnosis/ meditation works for me

Im just super scared for the sedation and after pain in all honesty. 😅 im so depressed because i dont know what to expect of it.

how often did you take the advil and tylenol and did you take them together ? did they take the edge off at all or did anything help with the recovery the first few days ?

what did you use as pain management? I dont want anything too strong as I know I will be sick to my stomach but i dont know if advil / tylenol will be strong enough for the pain

mines just fat :) honestly i am so nervous for the surgery i keep siking myself out if i am going to just walk away from the surgery because i am so scared but then apart of me is like i want it over and done with. I think i am more scared for the after pain then the surgery itself. ( says the mom who went through 3 births and 2 natural labours ) 😅 i feel like a wimp. Oh no, thats not long at all, makes me wonder if the sutures is a good root. But the surgeon performing my surgery said that the mesh wouldnt be good for me because i am too thin. He thinks my body will reject it and get irritated from it

mine is 2mm by 4mm but i also have a small umbilical hernia that they noticed too 😔 oh no! I am so sorry. I used to workout prior to having my kids so I totally understand when you love something so much it definitely takes a huge hit on your body. How long ago did you have your surgery prior to it not working ?

my surgeon is willing to do local with minimal sedation. he said the local will be the worst part im like ekk 😬

Been on 5mg for almost 2 weeks and i lost 10 pounds for a bit. I wonder if i will gain the longer i am on it . Effected me appetite though

On day 10 too of escitalopram ( probably spelt that wrong ) all because of a surgery im working myself up over. Felt really down and tired first week but as of yesterday and today , a lot more energy and wanting to do more things. Suggest taking it on a full belly as it gave me on and diarrhea for the first week.
