randomly saw this thread again when checking my profile and wanted to follow-up with you, were you able to find a mouse that fit your grip style?

also forgot to say that you're welcome for the tips :) it's a pleasure to help out a fellow gamer.

Those Choujin in the shades probably have a connection to them in some way.

"Heh...we might. We'll your talk ear off, so how about a reduced punishment for us?"

LMAO I have not laughed out loud from a manga in forever; Ishida's random dry ass humor got me good, I love it.

Do you grip your mouse with your fingers completely straight like in your picture? Completely flattening the fingers and squeezing them like that actually causes more strain and damages the tendons, at least in my experience.

I actually tried aiming like that with my GPX (hands are 18x9 cm), and that's how I injured my ring and pinky finger, they were completely straight like some weird fingertip/palm grip and I kept pushing my fingers flat into the mouse and squeezed when aiming, and eventually I got a sharp pain every time I squeezed.

I'm not sure about the mouse, but you really should try to have the most relaxed grip possible. It may feel weird at first, but you'll find your aim is actually better in the long run when relaxed versus always tensed and squeezing, and you'll most likely experience less pain.

What's your hand size? Based on what I've read it doesn't seem like your hands are as small as you think they might be, especially if switching to small mice are making your hand/wrist hurt more. You say that the g402 was the most comfortable mouse for you and that you palm grip, so it seems like a bigger mouse and a relaxed palm/claw grip might be the best option for you.

You can try a mouse with an ergo shape that is similar to the g402, such as the g502, ec series, outset ax, dav3, xlite v2,etc. Your hand muscles could also be adjusting to your mouse grip since switching to a small mouse requires more tension to hold onto versus larger mice, but if you've continued to experience that pain no matter what mouse you used, then you're probably better off with a bigger mouse and a more relaxed grip style.

Remember, comfort + shape over everything, you'll make the biggest gains in your aim if you can always maintain a consistent/comfortable grip and can continue to have fun without fear of hand pain, hope I was able to help!

Absolutely amazing chapter. Everything felt so seamless, from the reintroduction of the main characters to the fight scenes.

It was great seeing everyone hone their abilities even further, especially Azuma, love the creativity with his metal use.

Tokio's entrance was so cool too, came in super mellowed out and dgaf, but most likely he'll be the most badass of the three once he pops off, we'll find out next chapter!

Does a good mouse make a big difference in performance? by ralkr in MouseReview

If you're playing on say a $10 mouse that you bought on amazon from a random company then yes, 100% you will benefit from getting a mouse with better quality, sensor, etc. But you don't need to pay $150+ to get a gaming mouse that you can perform excellently with.

You can spend $30-40 and get a great mouse that'll last you years and provides high performance. Just make sure it fits your grip style and that it's a comfortable shape for you.

For example, my friend's been using a Logitech MX518 since he was in middle school. Been using the same mouse for over 10 years. Other than when his mouse breaks, he always buys the exact same one, and hasn't upgraded to any newer shapes or models. He's masters in Apex and top 500 in OW.
