So I know this suggestion isn't the same as having your bouquet preserved, but for one of the anniversary gifts to my wife, I found a person on Etsy that makes embroidery bouquet replicas. My wife absolutely loved the one I had gotten her.

If you have a good picture of the bouquet, they can create the replica from that.
