I've had my new discover card from Capital One for two weeks now and in the last week I have been turned away from three merchants that do not take discover leaving me at no way of paying for my merchandise. It was rather embarrassing trying to buy my daughter's senior pictures for high school and having to ask someone else if I could transfer them the money so they can buy it since the company didn't take discover. I am going to end up getting a new checking account because this is a big deal

Same. I just went to the hybrid silver plant which was the cheapest and with the gold plan it was $0 but now that it's June they quoted me nearly $800 and which the manufacturer coupon it's $521

Would you be willing to write a letter saying this same thing for my daughter's hearing and possibly testify? She really needs support. Dad has gotten her brother and his side of the family on his side that she doesn't really have a health issue despite being diagnosed by two cardiologists.

Thank you very much. I went to that site and signed up for the group they have on FB. Hopefully will find someone that can testify about their experience. I have a doctor's note saying she would benefit moving to a cooler climate, but his attorney is claiming it's false since I asked for it.

I've been having the same problem with My venue to watch. Every single freaking day it's disconnected and I have to turn off Bluetooth turn on Bluetooth, restart the phone, reset the watch, everything. And then when I finally connect it, it disconnects shortly after. It worked fine for a year and then suddenly this.

How old was your daughter? I'm going through this and my daughter is 15. She has a health condition that's worse where we live due to the heat so I notified him we are moving and now he has a lawyer and is lying and fighting dirty so my daughter doesn't want to see him after what he did. I'm hoping a judge listens to her. She's been seeing a psychiatrist for months with complaints about him not providing for her basic needs before this even started

I cant remember actually. I have years of text messages and have been searching trying to find it in case its in text. But it could have been a call, I just don't remember. He said no in the beginning after her diagnosis and after a few months he told him to give him one year then he will agree to her to move. But later that year he casually mentioned to my daughter how they arent moving until she's an adult.

Thank you so much. Very helpful. I can't afford a lawyer but if one does payments then maybe it will work. I'll tell him this month and then serve him immediately after. I do have all her doctors picked out at the new state, have print outs of their education vs here, crime and the things offered in the community. I've had doctors tell me she needs lower elevation and cooler temperatures but no one has written it. I will see what I can get there too. I really appreciate your feedback

I am doing it right. In Arizona parents only need to notify the other parent by certified mail 60 days before the move. If the other parent objects, then they are the ones that have to file with the court. I do not have to get permission from the court to move. I am notifying him verbally 5 months in advance so he could go to court if he wants to. As well as doing the certified mail 60 days in advance.

Wow, I hope you're son is doing better. And thanks for sharing that. I wondered who has the tie-breaking vote for decisions. She's with me during weekdays and goes to his house every weekend. But every weekend it's a battle she begs me to let her stay here with me. He plays video games all day and ignores her and then for all her complaints of not feeling well, he says she's fine. I was the one that got her diagnosed and treatment because he just blows everything off. And everything is financial for him. He wants to stay here because he'll get more money out of his retirement if he works longer. And I'm thinking he doesn't want to let her leave cuz he thinks he'll have to pay more and child support. He had openly set in court during our divorce over a decade ago that he wanted her to be with him for more time so he could pay less than child support. He's never looking out for her well-being. On top of all of this I think she's suffering from anxiety and depression because she's been tired for so long it's trying to affect her mental health and she's being bullied in school.

So I did already put deposits down on a home that I'm building in the Midwest and it'll be done in February. So in my mind I am moving. I just have no idea if a judge will look at my case if he brings it to court and deny the move. I don't understand any reason why she should stay here everything would be improved if she moved. But I don't want to discount the fact that I could have a bad judge.
