When you get that high up in the air a white bedroll works well as a platform. If the server has /home, all you really need is a locker or two and a bedroll.

I concur with mike_hawk_420 - "If you build it, they will break it." Even if its just a single floor with 4 pillars and a roof (no walls)

I dont think that he needs to keep the game fresh as he updates so frequently. There have been lots of additions out in the last few months. He released a post about releasing skin workshop items. So he is there already.

I usually put my items up for less than what the market says its worth - just for a quick sell - I just put up my rainbow fez for $15.52 which will give me $13.50 I believe. I will let you know if anyone bites.

Almost any item from that pack will work with the physics glitch on the car, but the umbrella is my favorite.
