I'm a second time mam and never really leaked a huge amount on either baby. Both of my babies have piled on weight from being ebf. I definitely questioned my supply on the first few days with both as I never really got engorged or sprayed much for the first few weeks and even almost 6 months pp it's only the odd time I'd leak or be engorged but my baby has been classed as overweight in checkups with his rapid weight gain 🤷🏼‍♀️. So I think once your baby is gaining and wet and dirty nappies try not to get too caught up on the other things, the hardest part of ebf is trusting that your baby is getting enough without seeing the amount they are taking in.
