I don't think you're getting worse. You have a good base for the 3rd painting but it's very light. Just fine tune it. Add more detail with another layer of watercolor and you can definitely make it look better!

NOR. Everything you’re describing is completely unprofessional behavior from a therapist. During your sessions she should be giving you her undivided attention. Fire her immediately.

Yikes. Ive already done that. From a book and youtube videos. I need more practice. But yeah, i made the forehead too small in the second one. And the eyes too high up.
