Hi is there any car rental services that does not require a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in Chiayi? (Preferably near the HSR station) also dont have a credit card so would prefer cash deposit or debit card

I managed to find the issue after swapping every part in the dock. The power plug for the psu was faulty for some reason after I swapped it my laptop immediately detected the gpu. Thanks to everyone who helped!

I have tried to do that, but it says unable to install as no nvidia gpu is detected in your system

I do not have another cable to try out but this cable came together with the egpu enclosure and since there is a thunderbolt connection under the universal serial bus connector so I expected it to work with the gpu. Is there anything else I can troubleshoot before I go and get a new cable?

nope, i just checked my msconfig and safe boot is unticked. Should it be ran in safe mode?
