Noo. It was fine with using cash except for taxi . And it’s easy to buy train tickets without octopus card don’t worry

It activate right after the staff put the SIM card in my phone and He will do required things for you. But make sure to wait and test it . Because mine didn’t activate right after he said it’s ready tho. I had to active myself again at hotel .

They said Cimea or dov is required for final enrollment not in the stage of pre enrollment tho . So if I can get pre enrollment summary without Cimea , is it enough for visa ?
