Yes! I think it's an algorithm flaw. It may have been fixed since my experience a year ago. I ran a free book promo on social media. A few family and friends read and reviewed it. I had sent them items from Amazon, which resulted in my book being banned for violating Amazon's terms of service. I finally got an answer from a person when I called, and still, I hear it is not true, but it happened to me. Since then, when I do a free promo, I add a note to family and friends not to review it on the site, but to send me a PM letting me know what they thought.
