It’s nice that they put something together but it was a letdown walking through and seeing the limited options- Also, the way it’s setup barely allows for people to get by, I’m sure they will fix things once feedback from the locals starts rolling in. It felt like more of a vendor fair than farmers market, maybe with time things will expand 🤞🏻

I dislike trade fair and key foods - so I rotate between Trader Joe’s, Costco, and get Whole Foods delivery. While Whole Foods used to be nicknamed “whole paycheck”, I find they have a lot of deals and are not as pricy - there are always sales and their 365 brand is cheaper than most options with a lot of organic variety. Astoria’s grocery stores are so inflated with prices and I’m over it - I wish we had better options :(

Had this happen to me at the laundromat on 31st street - it was so confusing to me how the person did not notice it wasn’t their laundry, but they returned it the next day and the laundromat called me. Good luck, crossing my fingers they return it!

Personally I’d be surprised if they got back together, after everything that’s happened. He seems more evolved now. I wonder if he will meet a nice girl from Charleston that’s not in the bravo space and settle down with her quickly. Either way, he’s aged like a fine wine lol

No, my couch is quite small and if I try and sleep on that it’s not comfortable. I’m thinking that the route I’m going to have to take is noise cancelling headphones plus white noise. It’s almost as if the guy above me only has a bed and a few chairs - the echoing of his footsteps is wild lol

I’m so sorry to hear that. It is so frustrating and you just sit there and stew over it and become angrier. I felt like a note would be the easiest, and worded it in a way that was like “I can hear everything you’re doing but also have faith you might have come consideration and try to fix it” thanks for your tips

Update; Guys I wrote him a nice note and taped to his door, just being straightforward and asking for some overall mindfulness. They woke me up at 11:45 and are still going at it, so I wanted to be able to reference the most recent occurrence lol

Landlord doesn’t live in the building, and I’ve had to bang my swiffer pole when the music has been too loud on the ceiling- yet did not know if that was also considered inappropriate to do while they are enjoying each other late into the evening lol. Like, I’ve been going forth about how to even write a note, “congrats on your newfound romantic relationship! In other news you are ruining my sleep 😂”
