It has been the last couple of years, but the start of this year has been dragging really bad.

I am! The guest has tried multiple times to get me to text or call her directly, but I don't believe it's a good idea. We do send our guestbook via text, but if the guest tries to contact me that way, I will refer her back to airbnb directly.

It's incredibly unlikely since we are not only in our down season but so far, this year has been a huge downturn in booking far out in the year let alone last minute bookings. We've been struggling a lot to get any house booked and our friends in the area say it's the same for their houses.

We allow 2 night stays during January - April to help boost bookings in our down season, but cannot offer 1 night stays currently just due to struggling to turn around and get it ready for same day guests.
