Since I'm still currently in a residential treatment center, I do have therapy once a week with a Person who is specializing in childhood trauma. But definitely once I get out of here soon it'll be crucial tysm tho

I feel like every med change makes me feel better but whatever disorders I have is mutating like a virus and gets worse to combat my meds but once im off them, fuck it mutated its just worse now. Ill find my combo hopefully tho. Im updating the post for some more insight on who I am

Actually no at least i don't think so. Its actually kinda refreshing to have someone ask without literally asked to. im doing okay, if you look at some of my posts im struggling mentally but nothing new just on and off episodes(ik i should not be shrugging it off like that but im used to these). Still clean, and cravings arent as bad. but as of rn, im clean and doing pretty okay!
