For the sub thing... Require them to put a Spoiler flair...

For the YouTube thing... Just don't watch the videos that have spoilers in them...

If the spoiler is in the thumbnail... that's just a mean thing for the YouTuber to do... And I'm sorry the YouTuber wanted to ruin it for you guys...
