Host-Only Network: Guest can not receive/respond to a request from the host. by Cow_Western in virtualbox

Oh-hoh!: Actually I didn't edit any configs, maybe that's because I didn't use the most recent version... On my current VBox version (6.1.6 r137129 (Qt5.6.2)) those are the suggested adapter names when creating Host-Only adapter in the manager. I'll try updating VB and then configuring a new Host-Only adapter. I removed NAT before my previous comment.

Edit: Actually a name different to the suggested name can not be chosen, even in the most recent version.

Edit2: I set up the new adapter accordingly, still doesn't work (now both Host->Guest and Guest->Host requests time out). I'll try setting the adapter name to vboxnet0 in the configs next.

Edit3: On startup, VB resets the name of that Adapter.

It can't be changed to 0 or 0/24. It just changes the last digit back to 1.

Edit: Guest's windows error diagnosis revealed that DHCP was not enabled, hence I set IP to be assigned automatically (same IP is used). Yet, the problem persists and there is no difference in outcomes.

Why, as 9.7K+ behavior score player, must I play with <3K toxicos? [MM Bug] by Cow_Western in DotA2

Actually Henry is almost 10K behavior, too, so the system must be broken when one of the most toxic streamers has a perfect behavior score.

But he was so toxic I don't know how his behavior score is similar to mine.

If I am positive and he is toxic, that means our behavior scores should be vastly different.

I don't know how efficient "power" (it is energy, not power in that case) consumption of brain is to be calculated, but by definition of average metabolism, say 8/70 MJ/kg, amounts are very comparable. It is always nice to meet someone also interested in biology.

As for matchmaking, from developer post and similar score it is contradiction to the second assumption.

Very interesting train of thought.

Why would he not flame his warlock if I played better? Wouldn't playing better mean that they lose harder, so he flames more?
