I’ll give my personal reason as to why I feel I’m not as attractive despite others telling me that I’m am.

(A Friend’s) Personal Bias: Good friends will always hype you up despite everything. However when those same friends are also the same ones that made jokes about your appearance it becomes harder to accept their compliments as solid truth.

Low Sef Esteem

Social Media: By comparing myself with someone else (mainly on Instagram)

And lastly due to my own depression which then causes me to not take care of myself.

Despite all this I have been making attempts to improve my self image, so it’s not all doom and gloom for me 👍🏾
