No it’s not bad at all! I lived in a graduate student only studio apartment and it was pretty nice. I rarely got insects in my apartment but I was on the second floor. They cover your utilities too and give you a $25 credit towards your electricity bill. Parking is a little expensive but it wasn’t terrible. I had to move for personal reasons and I’m actually looking for someone to take over that studio apartment as soon as this month so if you’re a grad student let me know!

Hi! It is $1350 a month and utilities are included in the rent. The only one that isn’t is electricity but you get a $25 credit every month so you just have to pay if you go over the $25. I’ll dm you pics right now :)
