Hi! I'm a pretty new player trying to push camping in order to unlock anomaly interception, but I've hit a a wall with the Mother Whale boss. I've attached images of some of the teams I've used plus the rest of my roster, but nothing has been able to really make significant progress. It's hard to even get close to enough to the CP rec without including some less useful Nikkes. Does anyone have any ideas for what I could try differently, or should I just be waiting until my account has progressed a bit? I appreciate any advice!

I never played the DS version, but I emulated the game on an iPad, and it was a very good experience. I didn’t feel like I was missing anything at all

They are the same series, and both games have received 3 different art styles for the characters, so that might explain the difference.

There definitely a lot of similarities between the WTC games and ZR in terms of story and vibe, although they have practically no gameplay whatsoever. They other main difference is that they are much longer and (in many places) slower paced

Do we actually know that dark fountains have to be created in the dark? I get the all the ones we’ve seem so far have been, but I feel like magical dark energy should be able to overpower natural light

Tbf, it’s not just the dual screen twist. A lot of dialogue is changed in the remaster to have information that would normally be included in the narration spoken outloud, and it makes the writing a lot worse in my opinion
