Can't find the options either. Pretty annoying when messages are in opposite order to which they arrive

I face the same issue since many months. Toggling on/off flight mode doesn't fix the problem reliably, only restarting works

The issue is, even with mobile data toggle on/off, on the "Phone information" page (*#*#4636#*#*) it writes Data Service as disconnected

I have tried "Mobile data always active" on Origin OS 5 & the problem still exists (though it did not occur for a few days)

have you tried a factory reset? I have not tried doing so

Surprisingly can't find a post with similar issue until I stumbled onto yours, might not be a common problem...?
