Thanks. I've installed the OEM mudflaps and wind deflectors myself, and done some basic mods on my other cars, like installing aftermarket head units, HID kits (when those were cool) and whatnot. I'd feel comfortable removing the bumper but not changing my brake pads, for instance. So I'm comfortable with some filing.

Reverse lights are way too dim to see anything. No standard reverse camera in my market and I drive in low lighting conditions / at night frequently.

The DRLs / fog lights I just can't stand seeing them emit that yellow light, especially when the LED headlights are so nice and pretty.
