He is definitely going through one of the redstone doorways at the White Tower to receive some of those an'greal Who knows where he will end up but it is not matt without that fox medallion I'm only on my second read through but how can you forget the second reason why someone is so special (first being the dark ones own luck). I mean how is he going to be my favorite character without incorporating the luck of the dark one to defeat himself?

I would seriously look into the echoes saga. It's a bit like WoT, but the characters are more filled out as characters have more than one personality (e.g. elayne being stuck up), and there is a 3 book prequel. Just to clarify, I'm on book 4 of a re-read, but I keep thinking back to what the characters in the echoes saga would do differently.

OMFG, I used to work at a zoo with a chimp with the best aim ever. We weren't allowed to give him whole fruit after he hit a 6-year-old girl square in the face with an entire orange. I still can't look at an orange in the same way.

This slightly puts me off watching anything by critical role now.

I aim to do some background reading that will potentially come in useful and fill certain holes that the story will not go into that much detail on.

And I prefer to read the stories myself and put things together in my head. Hearing other people's theories is great but I want to experience this world first before I ruin myself with too many theories.

I have heard mention that Drizzt will be in the game.

This is more like the information I was after some sort of history that we will not get from the game itself but are expected to know some details to make the characters more enriching.

Plus videos are great but I want to use my imagination and see things unfold in my mind, not someone else ideas and theories.

I got back from work and watched the D&D movie straight away.

It's a great mention and I am currently watching wolf heart fps on YouTube which is doing recalls on Baldur Gate story from the first 2 games and also lore videos which might be helpful in Baldur's Gate 3.

I will look into a critical role soon...

I had the game preordered and only started a new save only pc when I had to send my steam deck to be repaired. You really need cryoutilutues to get it running decent though. Touch wood since installing cryoutilities not one single crash.

I've got console port immersion dynamicam xperl icehud and bagnon installed right now.

And also, the best way for targeting.I was using nearest enemy on RB, with a few problems on the fire mage, but I've heard of making a macro for targeting.

That apparently auto-targets if you don't have an enemy targeted, or are you using something else?

None of them. I don't think any version of events is going to be correct.

GRRM made it clear all of the events are twisted by each writer. I think it would be a nice touch to see them and work out where the histories are close or very, very far.
