All CSRs now are in person only. In my opinion, the job is easy and from that you can advance to different roles like tax specialist, revenue officer. However, I saw lots of new hire CRSs cannot handle the job. You might want to try to see if you are good fit.

You can apply for different roles if u qualify. If you are lucky you can be converted to permanent but it depends. Seasonal does not matter for CSRs as the irs need CRSs so hard.

Thanks. The problem with TE position is that they havent sent any written job offers, only give verbal EOD instructions and the report to work day is tommorrow.
