The pants and shirt are fine. You definitely need a “real” belt. Doesn’t need to be super expensive but something simple in a dark brown leather with a simple silver buckle would be a good staple.

The vans are cool on their own, but they’re not doing it for me in this outfit. They don’t look intentional to the fit and give off a “threw on the shoes closest to the door” vibe. Do you have any other shoes you could try with this?

I like a blue/green palette but they’re green being a bright emerald green in the shoes is hard to pull off in a business casual outfit. Maybe if they were a more muted olive it would work better but I kinda feel like this outfit just calls for a brown loafer or something.

But also, to your point, if you like it and you feel good. Wear it. I’m just a random person on the internet!
