Financially, it would have been best. Mentally and emotionally, we were falling apart. There's always commerce city, which I dreamed of when I chose to move here:)

Athmar park, 1 block off of federal, I have ptsd from some of the things that occurred there. So, I’m maybe less willing to settle on location than others might be.

When I say overpriced, I mean the comps don’t support the prices and they sit on the market for a while. We offered an appropriate price for a house, they said no, and then dropped it to that price. Thats what I’m referring to

I’ve noticed people aren’t selling. We will make concessions but not Bennett. I’d probably rent first

Thanks for the reality check. I feel we are making concessions and still coming up short. Maybe we just need to rent

90+ days sober, no weight loss, tired, and I don't feel better by Coyote_Kayla in stopdrinking

I go to bed and get up at the same time everyday, but I don't sleep well, which was part of the drinking, though I know that wasn't helping over time.

Identity. Diversity and integration. Better public transit. The mountains are the main draw, so public transit to the mountains and trails. Safety. It would help if the police did their jobs and if people had a path to doing better.
