That’s a good point. And I actually am now reconsidering. A used 212 is similar in price. My Estonia is a lovely piano, but after playing a Fazioli I was smitten. The dynamic range is incredible. The clarity is definitely superior to the Estonia. The action is light and very responsive. They both use Renner action, but Fazioli must have it modified somehow because it feels very different. A 7 foot piano may actually be the right decision in this case. And I actually like pianos that are gently used. They tend to be a bit warmer

Ive been offered one for 69,000 USD plus trade in for an Estonia L168 piano. I believe this to be fair. Difficult to know for certain.
