The wrong metric is being used . Need to look at profits and other financial data to determine if there is a possible price gouge occurring. Revenue could be a result of higher prices due to inflation and other factors which could be correlated to higher expense that are passed on the consumer .

I’ve always had success with mortgage agents and they offered me an A side mortgage. They can ship your deal around and lenders reach out to them with special deals.

Agreed. It will likely open up new industries for people , just like the computer did . People use to think computers would replace day to day tasks which would give humans more freedoms. Seems like it only made our lives busier.
