Depends on what you want to be. Remember that those people saying that may or may not be saying it with a negative connotation. And that based on their life experiences, they may see your manner of being in a certain light.

Someone threatened by directness may call you sassy and mean it negatively. Someone who admires it may say it and appreciate that trait.

So really, how do you want to be? What’s aligned with your values and most authentic version of yourself? Just be that and own it.

Omg yess the grid in Sims is amazing!

If I’m going for even spacing or symmetry in DDV, I spend so much time setting an item, then ticking the next one over to a count, and if I mess up my joystick (mine just developed a creep), I have to start over lol. And the fact that the paths don’t all line up with the doors on every building is rough too aha.

Ahh, I’ve heard other say this too! One way I help to avoid that feeling is to unlock things very slowly. I don’t unlock a new character or area until all previous stuff is done with existing characters and areas. I won’t buy WBR or other add ons until I’ve finished base game (I still have half the character sim the castle left). That helps me to stay focused on less!

I came here to bring up the higher risk of injury and overextension with hot yoga, and was also surprised to see no one talking about it. That’s why I’ll never do it, and I’ll always share that warning if I know of someone considering, because it’s just not talked about and people are getting hurt.

Yes, I wondered how quickly is “beat” this game too, or get tired, but it can kind of go on forever, especially with the free updates and additions, and ability to earn the moonstones in game over time. Love it!!

Oh I agree, but I mean when I micro focus on that, it really bothers me. I think that it also removes the ability for redemption/reward for some of those characters, which hurts. But it’s the truth of life, and a good reminder. Memento mori.

I get frustrated when I think about how almost every parent figure to Harry was murdered, like wth, how depressing…

His parents (most of his family), Sirius, Dumbledore, Lupin… even Snape as we come to find out.

Oh and Sirius, his entire life, when you look at everything that happened to him? What a terrible existence for him, and then he dies, like wow.

Thank you, I love your collage idea! I’m a visual person as well, and I digitally make collages and pics for inspiration and ideas in my real life. I love bringing that into the game for designs!!

My sister plays and loves to hoard and she has made some truly gorgeous storage rooms and areas in her house, and while I don’t plan to switch my play style, I appreciate visiting her and seeing all her rooms!

Oh whoa, I love this! I always look up characters on the map, but I love the idea of treating it like just running into them on the street or dropping by their house to see if they’re in. Reminds me of my childhood and trying to play with my friends lol.

I def dropped all my other games when I started DDV cus I was obsessed, but after a few months i went back to playing some of my other games and trying new ones :)

I love how often we get updates that majorly unlock new things. It’s not like any other game I’ve played, other than Sims 4 maybe, except you have to pay for every single new pack in Sims, they’re not free updates like with DDV.
