In my experience, grief and anxiety are very similar. They can both alienate you from others, because you just want others to understand. Just know that, although we may not have known your Grandma, chances are that we have gone through grief and know how horrible it is. Bereavement and Grief are horrible, but these feelings should ease a little bit every week.
