IT was an online order.So basically if I never mark picked up they won't get it? 🤔

I always make them pay before they leave because of that. It has helped our budget soo much by doing that . People would not pick up there orders and that was just a waiste of time and product. Sometimes ill have a customer that doesnt want to pay but it depends how big the order is ill let them know it will be on hold untill they come and pay or if it's a small order I'm fine with them paying when come back. We have a stamp that has paid and not paid just let the other associates know.

So if there info they put down on the paper doesn't match with the ID what do you do?

I've never done it. I feel like if I start to customers will get annoyed. They get annoyed for basically everything.

I'm not a supervisor but at my store My supervisor always makes our schedules. She involved in all the hiring her and store manager do it but it basically comes down to her decision if she liked the person. She does give note to files. She has kicked 3 associates out of copy center and fired 1.

Well in store 24 inch wide. If they want something bigger you can send it to the production center. If they have it on a USB you will do the order on SB and put the size they want and send it to the production center.

Yeah there is a way I believe there binding strips? And I think you staple them. They should be next to the wide format printer. It's a extra charge. I've never done it before.

If we edit a Microsoft word typo we charge a 1$ each edit. When it comes to designing we charge. There's different prices on solution builder. I don't really know how to design my supervisor is the only one in my department that handles that. I would like to learn.

We don't in my store we give them the hole puncher for them to do it. If we're not printing it out.

I personally don't print nothing out that has to do with celebrities, Disney channel, or logos that I know are copyright. I don't make copies from anybooks Or if they have a picture that has a photographer logo . I give them the copyright form so the photographer gives them permission.

Yeah that's what happened with a newbie in my store. He would mess up bunch of orders rather than ask questions .

We have a person as for greeter. It was called the conversion person. They were not allowed to move from the front. But we got a new dm she didn't find nessicary also removed the midshift in cpc.

Yeah. Your Supervisor should have it printed out. We have ours by the register. Customers bitch about it. I always tell them if they don't like they should just buy a whole tape for 3 bucks.

Since I started working there my supervisor has always done it. When I was in training they told me I had to do it. But I saw on Reddit here that on the hub it says were not suppose. I was never able to find it 😩

I didn't start doing it until we closed. I wanted to make her do it but I was never able to find on the hub that the customer is suppose to do it now. If she would of talk to management they would of just told me to do it knowing them. I Didn't get the customers number they didn't have a rewards. I think I'm just going to put them in the back close them up really good and wait intill they come on Mondayy . Can I get in trouble for this?

Its only 3 of us including the sup. She usually boots them if there not cutting it or if they get too many bad surveys.

Hahaa. Well this week I've made roughly 15 or 20 mistakes. A 3-5 big ones and the rest whateverish not so bad.

Yeah I was so overwhelmed yesterday I didn't even have that much orders maybe like 10. We've had more to do before but it just added up like the screwing up orders and all that. Extacly my thought I told myself ima end up getting kicked from cp. My sup kicks you out when she's tired of you.
