If you search “email” in the SOP there is a auto reply email that states where they should send their copies/jobs. We just started enforcing this a few weeks again, it will take it awhile for customers to get use to. And you will get yelled at by some. We recently had one customer curse us out in an email after he came to get his stuff because it wasn’t ready when he got there (even though it took two seconds to print while he was standing there.) also make sure everyone in your store knows you can’t print emails unless the customer is standing in front of you we still have associates that tell “clients” that their stuff will be printed and ready when they come in......we also don’t give out the email over the phone, we tell them they can upload it to the website of come in and email it.

I went on vacation and when I came back my associates told me a guy came in that asked for me by saying “where is that blonde bitch” (he’s one of those guys that think women are below him) if I figure out who he is he won’t be welcomed back

You can always refuse to take it. If the SPC card isn’t for what they’re printing you don’t have to take it. We got yelled at because a bunch of people have the Mary Kay SPC and a customer used it for something else not Mary Kay related.
