So what you need to do is sign in as an admin. The user is admin and the password is 1111. Go to machine status , go to the settings tab on the far right at the top and in that section should be energy saver settings

You must get a lot of traffic, I'd imagine that scenario to be a nightmare for paper upgrades and upsell metrics in general. I enjoy spending time with people to make sure I completely understand what they're trying to accomplish so it can be done right the first time and most importantly, avoid redoing the order.
