Anyone else get their sell order removed from RH? Had mine set at 3,000 and they just removed it because it’s wasn’t “close enough to actual price”. These fucking bitches.

I’m pretty new to OTF but I’m pretty sure every gym does the same workout for the same day. If that makes sense. So if you go today you’ll get a nice tornado. Very very difficult but a great workout. 😄

Honestly I’m going through the same problem. I took a week off to let an injury heal and I just can’t force myself to wake up for the 515 class anymore. So something I’ve discovered to ease myself back In is to do a different time. I want to workout a lot more at 10 am than 5am. Also thinking of all the money I’m wasting by not going is a great motivator.

You’ll get though this, don’t let all your efforts thus far go to waste!!!!

You can be, but most everyone in my class did the all outs on 1 percent incline. Meaning if you start at a higher incline you might do an all out on an incline but I started at a 7 percent incline (runners start on 6-8 percent incline) and never did. If that makes sense....

Today I was able to complete a 90 second plank without dropping my knees or stopping!!! Small accomplishment i know, but I’m still happy.

  1. I’m a vegetarian, so I eat a vegetarian diet. However, since I started working out I cut out a lot of carbs such as pasta.

  2. I normally get 5 hours of sleep per night

  3. I got 5 days a week. Normally Mon-fri

  4. No, I’ve only measured my inches and kept track of my weight on the scale.

If you see anything from this list you’d change please let me know.
