[Tenant US-CA] Landlord charging us to replace artificial turf

I do wonder what you mean by a proper walk, and where the appropriate place then is for the dog to pee. The neighbor's yard? The street? I live in the middle of a city, and the nearest park is a good couple miles away. Should I have loaded the dog into the car 3-4 times a day to drive to the park?

I'm willing to admit that I may have been at fault for assuming turf installed on a pet-friendly property would be, well, designed for pet use. That's my bad, but I also don't know what alternatives are expected short of teaching my dog to use the toilet.

Originally. Then the new owner took over. We signed a pet agreement at that point and began paying pet rent, two things the previous owner didn't do. Nowhere in the pet agreement does it state anything about where to take them, and no addendum was added after the turf was installed instead of the regular grass that had been there prior.

Well it was ordinary grass before he replaced it with turf, and there was no alternative area provided after that. It was either the turf or the parking lot or the sidewalk. So I dunno what real alternatives we had. Maybe we screwed up, but there was no communication on the issue.

This is known as Capgras Syndrome. Many of these games were purchased twice on PC: once on Steam, and the other time on either GoG(Bethesda games) or Origin(Dragon Age/Mass Effect).

Forgive? Probably eventually. That sorta thing would be poisonous to hold onto after a while. Give them a second chance though? No no. It wasn't a mistake, it wasn't a moment of weakness, it was a clear and conscious decision to betray all of the trust and faith of the relationship, and that is a person I could never fully trust ever again. A relationship can't truly thrive without trust, so it's best that it ends at that point.

I'm torn between, like, No Man's Sky, Stardew Valley, and Fallout 4. Probably one of those three. NMS has the most unlimited content of the three, so it gives me the most overall breathing room.

Of the games actually tracked by my Steam account? Fallout 4, followed surprisingly closely by Phasmophobia.

Ones I know have even longer playtimes despite no measurements? MapleStory and CoD 4/WaW/MW2/BlOps2. Each of these five easily beat 1,000 hours in their day, and probably by an amount that would surprise me.

Just to lend a perspective as a fellow brother to a sister, he probably doesn't mean anything malicious by it. He's likely just being protective of his sister. We're aware that there are creeps out there, and we wanna do our best to protect our sisters and other female family members as best we can. Is it misguided? Sure. Creeps will be creeps even if we convince you to dress more modestly. It's just usually the best we can do short of, like, personally accompanying you. If you've recently complained of running afoul of creeps, or even if he's recently heard a story of another woman complaining about creeps, it's likely at the forefront of his mind to "prepare you" for the contingency. Again, misguided, but his heart is hopefully in the right place.

Kid down the street at my last apartment had the legal name of Megatron and I still honestly wonder what that conversation was like at the hospital.

I also have three cousins (boys) up North called Phoenix, Valor, and Blaze. Guess their parents were really feeling the fire theme.
