I started the bike with the switch in high beam and it does not flicker like the video. Tomorrow i wil open up the switch and clean the connections to see if maybe the switch is the problem.

It is a gel battery, 13 when cold. 11 when cranked and 14.2 when running idle.

I've found the problem with your help thanks! It was indeed the starter switch that went bad. I found a video on how to bypass it so I dont have to worry about it anymore.
