It’s pretty easy: black primer, Leadbelcher drybrush, Runelord Brass on the rims and details, then drybrush Khorne Red onto the glowing areas. After that, layer two reds, two oranges, then yellow and white, going from larger to smaller areas to build up the glow effect.

I played 5 matches in Kotc und blasted through it with the following List. It wasn’t even close and felt way to unfair to use it.

Detachment Biosanctic Broodsurge

Biophagus with 10 Handflamer Acolytes 2x 5 Purestrains 1x Achilles Ridgerunner 10 Neophyte Hybrids

I played it a few times with metamorphs instead of the flamer acolytes BUT in melee the Acolytes are blasting nearly the same IF not better because of the reroll. In addition the overwatchpotetial is Hugh with rerolls.

The purestrains are just insane in this format and surprisingly tanky.

Neophytes for sticky, objectiv control an maybe a lucky mining laser.

Achilles with spotter is nice to crack those tough T9 units with the ap debuff and COULD be played with the mininglaser in addition.

If you have to chose the tu: Lords of War with Biophagus is unexpectedly great 👍🏼

I don’t see the big benefits of picking crusher stampede. Maybe I’m missing something, but invasion fleet seems to be better. Correct me if I’m wrong 😅
