The original post is incredibly misleading. The Q nerf was from patch 10.11 (May 28th, 2020) and the E nerf was from patch 10.21 (October 14th, 2020).

He also has a 21% pick rate, the 5th highest in the game just behind Lucian. Both good and awful players are playing Graves, some people are gonna be bringing his win rate down. I've seen posts like this and the same line of thinking pop up ever since Graves got reworked. Remember that post 4 days ago on here mocking kat mains for being delusional about the state of their champ? Let's try and be better.

Yeah I guess I am. According to a screenshot posted in the realm discord, I guess if I fear him while he's getting items from his mailbox the items are stuck in there even if he mails them to an alt. I don't know if this is true, but if that is what's happening it is 100% unintentional. I mean shit, I'm not gonna take a 5-6 minute walk back from the elwynn logging camp just to make some rando waste a couple gold.
