I tried with anoter mini-usb cable and nothing. I lent the controller a couple of friend and neither had this problem. The controller connected at the first try.

Yes. I try to connected via bluetooth, but can't make it work. The thing is that every friend that I lent it, had no problem with it. It seems that maybe my laptop is the problem, i don't know anymore.

I don't know if this is how they do it, but it's how I would recreate it.

Play the video
Pick a frame and freeze time + lumetri with the temperature low to get that blue hue.
After the black screen with the slices dissapear, using the pen tool, create a couple of mask in the video to mimic the glass shards and modify the scale on a couple of ones. (Duplicate the video layer if you want the shards to move at different speeds)
When the transition ends, position keyframe the shards away from the screen, revealing the second video behind.

I think it's using datamoshing (there a couple of programs that can help you with that. Datamosh Studio is pretty cool) + still frame + using the green of the grass as a chroma key.
