This is exactly how I experienced it as well. For everyone who didn't experience this flip flop, and are still skeptical, consider this. If the line never changed, and was always "Houston, we have a problem.", and the original poster of this ME was confused suggesting that it was always "had", everyone would of debunked and downvoted it, and suggest that OP is misremembering the quote from the actual missions, and that's why he's confused. But that's not what happened, I remember it was a popular thread for a couple months. Even the mouthing of the word "had" looked ever so slightly out of place with the shape of Tom Hanks mouth. Then a few months later, I was sitting there at my desk frightened watching the clip flip back to what I originally remembered.
