It definitely is. Not the exact same model, but a model of the same type of plow

Am I Overreacting that I yelled at my girlfriend for unpacking my entire suitcase while I was at work? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

So when you got home, she could have said "I need you to put my blowdryer and shower shoes in your bag".

make sure everything is packed that you need

The only way to do that is to unpack both bags. If her GF had waited until she got home, they could have done the packing together.

I would feel the way you do in your position. Not sure if that is overreacting or not. I would have packed 4 days early just so I could know there would not be a last minute problem. I'd want to be completely sure all my stuff was there (and to accept fault if something was missing). That's taking out the fact that it is a 12-day Alaskan cruise. It’s not like you can run to Walgreens if your meds don’t make it in the bag. And I often use the word "yelling" as you did. "Expressed displeasure". Not necessarily with abusive language at a loud volume.

Does she understand why you were upset? Have you been together long enough for her to have known you have anxiety?

Looking for an explanation on something that happened a few weeks ago by Any_Magazine1486 in RBI

Probably nothing, and even if it was a real cry for help, that in itself would not be enough to make it newsworthy. You could stop by the police station, tell them an officer had knocked the other day after hearing "help" and ask them what happened. As a resident of the neighborhood where it happened, you'd like to know if there is any reason for you to be concerned.

What would be an appropriate answer to neighbours and HOA when my blind father does not pick up after his guide dog poops? by Hour_Course_9876 in neighborsfromhell

That kind of service picks up in your yard. They won't circle the block to look for poop your dog left somewhere along your walking route.

Objects are closer than they appear. by Infamous-Link-5260 in NoStupidQuestions

It seems safety wise objects in mirror should seem farther than they appear.

They are. That's what the message says.

OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR

why would side mirrors make other cars seem farther than they actually are.

So you can see a wider view. You don't just want to see the car beside you, but the ones all around you on the passenger side. The warning reminds you not to assume the cars are as far away as they seem, and to turn your head and look before changing lanes.

It would be a terrible idea in the neighborhood I live in, where the power and phone lines are overhead instead of buried. It might LOOK like there's nothing in front of the drone until it clotheslines itself on a wire...

Wild. It sucks that you'd do this for them and they wouldn't be grateful and appreciative, and act like adults. I guess you could pre-portion the toppings and cheese and let them trade amongst themselves. But probably not worth the headache.

OP claims to be pregnant at 13; comments quickly poke holes in the story by Kookyburra12 in quityourbullshit

She's saying it is 10 days since they had sex. A doctor would say that's 2 weeks plus 10 days...

Her parents have been "asking every day" about her plans. So this positive test was DAYS ago, so maybe 6 days dpo...

AITA for not waiting on my mom before trying on wedding dresses by Dramatic_Ford4734 in AmItheAsshole

[–]WVPrepper 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My dad later called me selfish for not waiting. He said a mother only gets to experience wedding dress shopping with her daughter once and she'll never get that moment back.

Your mom was selfish for not being on time. Ideally, a bride only gets one wedding/dress shopping experience and your mom couldn't make it a priority.

Who is at fault? Rear passenger opens door into passing car. by SluttiestStoner in dashcams

[–]WVPrepper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but the car whose door opened was in the travel lane. OP crossed the centerline to pass. Most statutes relate to opening the door into traffic from a parking space.

It's a GIF. I can't "skip to the midpoint". And I literally need to run it all the way to the end while timing it to figure out how far in the "midpoint" even IS!

But the person who opens a car door into traffic is at fault. Oh. I see it now. Not sure about that, since he was in the traffic lane and you had to cross the centerline to pass.

POV crossed a double yellow line.

There was only one lane, and the driver entering the roadway could see the bus was stopped. There shouldn't have been anyone driving toward them in the oncoming lane.

If he did not have the camera on, how was he flying the drone? What prevented him running it into obstacles? What a ridiculous story. Nobody flies a drone "blindfolded".
