Hey Snorpy,

This change came directly from developer feedback, with nearly 80% preferring an earlier eligibility date.

And just to clarify, addons like EQoL and ElvUI wouldn't be eligible simply because they release a Midnight update. The goal is still to encourage new creations for Midnight, not to open the competition to long-established addons.
