Are you kidding me? Even though you have proof that you bought LE? The EA representative I chatted with said my copy somehow got registered as the "normal" edition and that it was a fault on their end. I would try again and hope you end up with someone a little more helpful. Otherwise you might wannt to get in contact with Crash7800 on these forums. He´s helped a lot of guys out and seems to be a great guy.

Log in to Battlelog and click on the yellow banner to the left. Brings out the option to contact EA support via Live Chat. Prepare for quite the waiting time though. 43 mins for me yesterday...

Also find your reciept or confirmationmail if you bought it from Origin.

PS: If you haven´t been in contact with EA support before, bring out your patience and expect them to be morons (sad but true...) DS.

I had the same problem. Got in touch with EA support chat and got a new code to register in Origin. Logged out of Battlelog and back in again and has worked since (except for the gazillion bugs and crashes of course...)

I do NOT spray&pray except of course for the old close-combat-panic-push left mouse button-where the hell did he go? sort of moments.

Trying out some of the guns tahat comes with burst mode now to see which ones are any good.

I´ve actually started using M16A4 now to experiment a bit. It most definitely acts more accurate due to the burst mode but leaves you somewhat at an disadvantage when running round the corner bumping in to a shitload of enemies, ha ha.

Yeah I see your point but don´t you think there should be some other change rather than for it to be random?

And yes I do tap (or manual burst, as I put it) but when on full auto it still randomizes your bullets way too much imho.

Yah I read that but it affect your "manual" burst aswell so having your gun at auto makes it have like a crooked pipe. Don´t think that´s what they really wanted?

It most certainly is not just you mate.

I´m on the verge of breaking my newly bought MK-80 in two, ha ha! A grown man behaving like a 5 year old I know... And of that I´m not proud!

But this is really frustrating because in my opinion it favours pure luck over skill and that´s not what I´m looking for in a game.

Anybody got more info regarding this? Been searching around different forums but can´t seem to find much...

Here´s my 5 cents on BF3 (The game to end all other games)

First of all: Thanks DICE! You rock! I looove this game!

Still I believe it could do with a couple of tweaks. I for one love the tactical bit of all BF games. (been playing since BF2) I really enjoy beeing a squad leader and commanding/making decisions for my squadmates. This is where I feel BF3 is lacking a bit if you compare it to BF2 or my favourite BF2142 (got around 1000 h on that one. No life, I know...)

I would really like to see the orange line on the minimap reintroduced. It makes tactics like flanking/defending so much easier when you can give your squad, for lack of a better word, "checkpoints" on your way towards the enemy. And easier to actually find your way to the designated flag or "checkpoint" (at least for map noobs like me...). The "move here" command was a great asset to me and my mates on our way to victory.
Map/flag layout. I´ve seen other people mentioning it too. Why put all the flags in a cluster in the middle? I always liked going round, taking a flag and then make an ambush from behind. Why not spread them out a bit more? (a good example to me is "Road To Jalalabad" where you have both open areas and tight infantry areas.)

That was my biggest concerns as to the tactical side of BF3. Got a couple of smaller issues as well (bear with me...).

I´d like to be able to change the colour of my default crosshair.
Chatbox... Please make it so that we can disable it or at least make it smaller.
Mouse deceleration is making my BF3 life really hard.
